So all week long, there’s this dude, Eternal Lips, taking the facts you provide about yourself in a questionnaire and turning it into something special, original and well, you. Right now, tickets are sold out at the world’s smallest museum, but more may open up on Twitter or you can just stop by and watch the creative hijinks safely from its Tribeca back alley location.

Somewhere on a narrow Tribeca alley, you’ll find a converted 60-foot elevator shaft that now functions as a mini gallery called Museum. Its third season began this week with mass-produced consumer goods from far ends of the world to random inventions and historical tidbits. The curators obviously look to explore the everyday objects we never notice.
The City’s major film festival kicks off today and of course, there’s lots of buzz surrounding all the big stars in little films that surely won’t stay secret for too much longer.
An angry ex-boyfriend (and amateur painter) entered his ex-girlfriend’s Tribeca home and painted yellow penises all over the walls after finding out she was dating someone else. Sadly, no news on whether in his drunken state he painted them cut or uncut or if he was much of a size queen.
What happens when you take traditional Muslim culture and juxtapose it against modern biker culture and capitalist branding? Opened last night until March 7, take a visit over to Tribeca’s Taymour Grahne gallery for the photographer Hassan Hajjaj’s ‘Kesh Angels series, which will undoubtedly make you re-think the way you imagine those burkas and abayas.

Last summer’s peppy, indie, pop-y band, Fun., are playing an outdoor show tonight at Pier 26 in Tribeca. Tickets are $45 and the Canadian twin-sister group Tegan + Sarah will also perform, adding dreamy lyrics, beats and synths.
There are still some tickets left for tonight’s 7pm showing of the award-winning (Berlin Film Festival) Kazakhstan thriller, Harmony Lessons. Yep, Kazakhstan’s emerging film industry tells this story about a boy who fights back against violent bullies while becoming consumed in his own brutal plot for revenge, set against the isolated backdrop of the ex-Soviet bloc.
Hard to refuse a board of New York magazine’s best deli plate at Kutscher’s, especially with steaming pastrami, spicy salami and just enough duck liver to keep you fighting over the last piece of rye.
